We are looking for an Associate Director of Personalization to create big-picture digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences. This person will work within our Marketing Services team and will be responsible for assisting our Personalization Director with achieving channel goals and growth. Role and Responsibilities

    • Mature and expand the adoption of testing and personalization projects at Bounteous along with the supporting technology
    • Demonstrate a proven track record in developing testing and personalization strategies aligned with client business objectives
    • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through report generation, insights provision, next-step delineation, and iterative testing plan refinement.
    • Drive accelerated activation of test and personalization strategies, ensuring ROI on CRO investment for clients
    • Optimize testing and personalization through robust audience segmentation strategies
    • Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build user journeys and finalize content for personalization or A/B testing
    • Maintain thorough documentation of testing and personalization processes, continually seeking areas for optimization.
    • Lead a team of Personalization Specialists to execute upon multiple personalization client projects
    • Ensure growth and top performance of assigned accounts
    • Oversee the configuration, administration and operation of CRO platforms to support multi-channel campaigns
    • Assess and audit the current state of CRO platform configuration and make recommendations for improvement
    • Serve as senior subject matter expert and advisor for channel team members during business development pursuits

Preferred Qualifications

    • 5+ years of related experience in Product Management and Testing and Personalization with a proven track record of driving customer experience improvements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required
    • Agency experience preferred but not required
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing & data reporting
    • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
    • Basic JavaScript skills
    • Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems
    • Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
    • Previous work with CDPs, marketing automation, and omni-channel campaign management platforms
    • Experience with tag management systems and data layers
    • Experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
    • Web development experience
    • Understanding of database management and APIs
    • Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
    • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
    • Fluent in English language and is able to lead client meetings and conversations
