WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a motivated candidate to support our analysts and experts with a wide range of activities, including everyday topic development, strategic research, and crafting technical solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our global team of expert analysts, gaining insight into BCG's approach to solving our clients' challenges. This position offers you a unique opportunity to learn in a highly professional and fast-paced environment, providing you with valuable experience and a deep dive into the world of strategic consulting.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Effective Workflow Management: Efficiently organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring a good flow of work and adequate time management
Support in Tool and Asset Development: Contribute to BCG's proprietary tools and knowledge assets to continuously improve and enhance our services
Research and Analysis Assistance: Collaborate closely with our team of experts, providing support on diverse research topics and analyses
Knowledge Management Support: Assist in the tasks of knowledge management, including the collection, organization, and dissemination of information

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Academic Background: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, economics, or a related field with a strong academic record
Industry Passion and Interest: Passionate about influencing the future of travel, transport, tourism, cities, and infrastructure
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Demonstrates advanced skills mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills: Team player and collaborator
Mindset for a Complex and Dynamic Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines; excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English in spoken and written

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work within the Knowledge Team of our global expert teams in BCG's 3TCI practice (Transport, Travel, Tourism, Cities, and Infrastructure) that enables our clients to "Build, Advance & Move" by optimizing the movement of people and goods by train, plane, ship, or road, enhancing the experiences of residents and tourists, and improving infrastructure and real estate development. All while we are supporting our highly emitting clients in reducing their carbon footprint and seizing the decarbonization opportunity.

Working within the Knowledge Team, you would also play a role in managing and disseminating knowledge within the firm, participating in the creation of internal databases and tools that facilitate the sharing of insights and best practices across BCG's global network, offering you a unique blend of research, analysis, and practical application.
