Working Student - Learning and Development

Dusseldorf, Germany

WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a strong candidate to support our learning team as a Working Student - You will play a pivotal role in helping us create trainings and learning activities. Your primary focus will be Europe, but special projects may span across all regions. You will help the European team with day-to-day activities, manage logistics of our training programs, support learning & development activities for Global Specialty Businesses globally, as well as provide administrative support for the function.

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Administrative work: Scheduling calls and outlook invitations across time zones, Setting up virtual training sessions, Supporting logistics
Interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining our database (registration of candidates) and cloud storage
Hosting of virtual training session when required
Creating templates for email communication
Excel Skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with very good academic achievements
Ideally first professional experience in an internship or working student engagement, ideally with focus on topics requiring strong organizational skills
Strong interest in learning and the management consulting area
Solid MS capabilities with strong self-organization and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to details, and adapt to frequently changing circumstances
Strong problem-solving skills combined with pragmatic thinking
Proactive self-starter with high quality standards and strong interpersonal skills
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
