WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Regional Practice Area Senior Manager NAMR - Corporate Finance & Strategy, you will support CFS NAMR Regional Practice Area Leader to set the strategic agenda and drive implementation for the business. You will work closely with CFS NAMR PA leadership team (regional business leaders, regional people & diversity leaders, system nodes, and regional initiative leaders) to drive the business and people agenda of the practice. You will manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline, sold cases and other KPI tracking), in collaboration with the global business/topic managers. You will drive regional people related processes, assets and initiatives for the practice, such as PDPC, ECT, DEI and L&D.

Other tasks include business analysis and planning, regional internal communication, internal events (such as leadership meetings, PA meetings / town halls, L&D events) and affiliation activities. You will also be part of the global CFS PA Management & Operations team, cascading CFS global Management Team's priorities into the NAMR region, adjusting for regional nuances if needed. CFS NAMR (Senior) Coordinator will be part of your team and report directly to you.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

8+ years of relevant experience preferred (ideally in a consulting firm)
Master's degree preferred
A growth mindset
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategic priorities into actions and deliver results
Ability to lead more complex, broader sub functional teams or projects fully independently and provide direction to others
Ability to resolve complex issues and ambiguous problems autonomously, applying sound business judgement
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and demonstrate credibility
Ability to influence senior members of the PA and beyond
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to respect sensitive client, BCG, and people related information as personal and confidential
Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

You will report directly to the CFS Global Practice Management Senior Director. You will work closely with the CFS NAMR Regional Practice Area Leader and her leadership team to set the strategic agenda and drive implementation. For additional tasks, you will collaborate with the Practice Area Coordinators, Global Topic Managers and Marketing Team within the PA. You will collaborate with with other Regional Managers as well as global and regional BCG functions and teams as needed.
