What You'll Do

ROLE PROFILE

BCG is looking for a Project Leader to successfully meet our clients' demand for deep expertise, and advanced capabilities in People & Organization topics. We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our office in Paris, France.
You will partner with BCG clients to take on their most difficult challenges, transform mindsets, create outstanding value, and build capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage. You will be a core member of BCG's People & Organization Practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry. You will also significantly contribute to the development of the Practice Area and support our ambitious growth targets.

Ideal candidates have passion for and expertise in People & Organization topics, especially in People Strategy, Capabilities Building, Culture and Talent Management, Organization and Operating Model Design topics across one or multiple industries.

You will also dedicate time to further develop and deepen BCG's expertise in People & Organization, as well as supporting BCG Partners in business development initiatives. On a day-to-day basis this will translate in:

Play an active leading role in the projects helping either to establish BCG's credibility or ramp the team up at the start of a particular piece of work or provide regular support and guidance throughout the project.
Working side-by-side with clients to assist them and further their ongoing efforts in learning and expanding People & Organization related methodology.
Working jointly with BCG Subject Matter Experts and client project teams, bringing expertise to the teams and to the clients on site.
Providing intellectual leadership to the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis.
Actively supporting our business development efforts: opportunities identification, proposal and pitch preparation, client presentations and meetings and attending relevant industry conferences
Collaborate, provide mentorship and support to consultants ensuring their continuous development.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of consulting experience OR a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience.
Deep expertise and knowledge across People & Organization topics, with a special focus on such topics as People Strategy, Capabilities Building, Culture and Talent Management, Organization and Operating Model Design.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
Excellent persuasion skills to interact at high levels and manage stakeholders.
Analytical and structured with excellent problem-solving skills.
Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help to influence the client agenda is part of your business.
Flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to travel frequently are necessary.
You have an exceptionally good academic background, ideally from a leading university.
* You have strong communication skills in French and English.
