Global Product Senior Specialist - ES-Global Real Estate

WHAT YOU'LL DO
BCG Enterprise Services Product Portfolio supports enterprise scale shared services to all BCG offices, functions, and alternative businesses. Our services fall within five areas:
Meeting Services: Provides full-service and self-service event planning support for BCG meetings and events of all sizes, from the WWOM to local office outings.
Global Real Estate: Supports location sourcing and design for all BCG businesses; plus leads the firms' research & exploration into new workplace design.
Travel: Manages our strategic relationships with all large travel vendors; provides operational infrastructure and support for all BCG employee travel activity
Safety & Security: Establishes BCG's policies and procedures regarding workplace and event safety, as well as overseeing all workplace crisis management.

Sustainability: leads BCG environmental sustainability initiatives, including Net Zero program
In collaboration with the Product Owner and other development team members, your role will be crucial in enabling these teams by providing support to drive change; strategy refinement; Agile processes and ceremonies; investment case definition; and stakeholder management.

Your role will be part of the Enterprise Services Product Portfolio, specifically the Global Real Estate digital squad.
Help evaluate the Global Real Estate digital products (i.e. Lucernex, Office Attendance) and ensure they match to market trends and business demand.
Initiate and support stakeholder discovery for feature definition and requirements gathering while serving as a liaison between the IT squad and stakeholders.
Ensure epics and user stories are updated and available for story execution based on priority.
Write user stories and facilitate story refinement sessions to ensure they meet team standards and acceptance criteria.
Work with end users and IT resources to define test plans including testing and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with business partners and IT squad to ensure that the Minimum Viable product is clear and understood by the squad.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Strong problem-solving orientation, understanding customer asks and working towards optimal solutions with members of the IT digital squad.
Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. Help translate user stories into acceptance criteria for configuration and development.
Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
An ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate effective communication to bridge gaps between key stakeholders and IT team members.
Develop and oversee projects from small to large scale.
Consultative approach to decision making and problem-solving working across multiple workstreams within a diverse function.
Strong business analyst skills (capturing requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, vendor & market assessments).

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Trello
Strong communal working style, ability to work effectively as part of a global team and independently.
Active listening skills, with effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at different levels in the organization
Customer service-orientation with a diverse stakeholder group
Ability to balance customer needs against functional vision and objectives.
Work with business and technical staff.
Proficiency in collaborating within and across teams to resolve obstacles.
* Flexibility, willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs of the squad based on customer priorities.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be working under the supervision of the Product Owner. As a member of the Enterprise Services Product Portfolio, you will work with members of Global Real Estate business owners and SMEs to deliver digital solutions to solve evolving business needs.
