WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Creative Manager in the Design Studios (DS) team, you will be a creative leader, driving quality enhancement across at least two creative verticals such as Design, Digital, Content, and Video You will bring design inspiration and thought expertise in your verticals, and driving delivery of innovative, high caliber solutions for all engagements. You will develop and implement design guidelines and strategies in various creative projects, oversee them to completion, and lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas with both consultant teams and DS teams.

As an individual contributor, you will work with our consultant teams, leading and overseeing design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction, translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging stories to achieve the consulting vision and leverage storytelling in compliance with BCG standards.

In addition, you will develop and deliver our design strategy service offering and help drive innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.

• You're able to lead, manage, and oversee multiple creative projects at a time.
• You have a knack for developing concepts to improve the quality of internal production and implement new globally consistent standards.
• You work in partnership with key stakeholders to drive the execution of design projects by leading the Design team.
• You deliver results to drive multi-vertical projects.
• Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to establish rich and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
• Providing and receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances comes naturally to you.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• You have a bachelor's degree or similar in graphics and web content design or a related field (design school preferred).
• You have at least 6-8 years of experience in a professional services environment or a design start-up or agency.
• You possess strong conceptual and design skills and are experienced in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of teams.
• You excel at establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• You have a demonstrated ability to understand and apply principles of visual organization, composition, information, hierarchy, symbolic representation, typography, aesthetics, and the construction of meaningful designs.
• You have built a strong portfolio.
• You have excellent English language skills; other languages requested in certain locations.
As part of Design Studios , you will collaborate with global designers and colleagues across BCG to bring design expertise and capabilities to clients as well as internal teams. GDS comprises a diverse group of talented design professionals across video, content, digital design, etc., all of which work collaboratively to deliver the most cutting-edge design solutions.
