WHAT YOU'LL DO
Learning Strategy & Development
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs of your BCG X Chapter(s)and identify knowledge or skill gaps
Work with stakeholders, SMEs, and other internal teams as required to support end-to-end development of learning solutions, including but not limited to: live classroom, virtual live, on-demand, interactive multimedia, video, VR/AR, AI based, gamification, etc.
Review and curate content based on learning goals and learner needs
Stay up to date on learning trends and technologies that are relevant for BCG employees to offer best-in-class user-centred experience
Work alongside BCG X Global L&D team to support on topic areas beyond technical learning & ensure X employees are offered a holistic learning experience

Stakeholder Management
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to assure that L&D programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
Influence and drive alignment between stakeholders with a confident and competent demeanour
Communicate L&D best practices and rational with stakeholders to influence and drive effective learning solutions
Project management
Independently manage and communicate timelines and deliverables with various stakeholders across multiple projects in an ambiguous environment
Serve as a thought partner for stakeholders to define a scope of work
Ability to keep stakeholder and teams focused and driven towards project goals
Engage and partner with vendors as required

You work alongside BCGs Global L&D team to incorporate best practice and ensure a OneBCG approach to learning
