WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a one year contract role subjected to renewal

You will be fully responsible for driving Growth for our RISE B2B programs.
RISE stand for Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement is designed to enhance employability by building high-demand business and digital skills. Created by BCG U, RISE leverages BCG's industry experts to deliver cutting edge content and experience to the program.

RISE is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the Lead for B2B Learner Acquisition and Partnership. In this role, you will be responsible for driving RISE B2B acquisition outcomes and KPIs by utilizing various methods including in-house sales force, partnerships, and other relevant strategies. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Develop and execute a comprehensive learner acquisition strategy, including the development of the overall marketing and sales strategy, to ensure delivery on RISE B2B acquisition targets and KPIs

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with relevant government bodies, organisations, industry associations, education institutions, private sector companies / organisations, etc., to enhance program visibility, reach and collaboration opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including company executives, partnership managers, HR professionals, learning and development managers, industry influencers etc.

Create compelling campaigns, content and collaterals that effectively communicate the value of RISE skilling program to potential learners and partners

Utilise data and analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition and partnership initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation

Manage a salesforce and coordinate inputs from broader multidisciplinary team (including marketing, ops or events colleagues), providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive learner acquisition and partnership goals

Represent the BCG RISE training offering at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness, identify potential partnership opportunities, and engage with government bodies

Provide management reporting and insights to the leadership team on the results of acquisition and partnership strategies, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on performance

Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in learner acquisition, partnership management and government collaborations

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Sales Expertise: A strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure. Experience in consultative and solution-based selling is valuable.

Client Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs.

Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets. This includes market analysis, competitor assessment, and pricing strategies.

Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client objections and find solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tracking tools and CRM systems to monitor and report on sales performance. Proficient in Excel and PPT as main management reporting tools

Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in the sales landscape and adjust strategies to respond to evolving market dynamics.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance multiple leads and sales activities.

Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills to identify trends, measure sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.

Client-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset to prioritize client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

>5 years of relevant B2B sales experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, process-disciplined and maturity to represent BCG brand

Proven experience in learner / customer acquisition, partnership development, marketing strategy development, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition and partnership goals

Experience in the account management of local SMEs, or sales of products/services to local SMEs, with a strong understanding of local SME's unique needs and challenges

Experience in managing, guiding and coaching sales teams or a salesforce

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and marketing strategy development

Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making, measure success, and inform marketing and partnership strategies

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges

Experience in collaborating and establishing partnerships with government bodies is highly desirable

* Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

BCG RISE Team - Spanning content, operations, technology, learner services and others
Global BCG U leadership team and the BCG U Ops team led by the Global Operations Executive Director. You will also be connected to your colleagues in BCG's global practices as well as with the global, local, and regional marketing functions.
