What You'll Bring:

Steering the organizational sales strategy across all associated members in NBFCs / Private banks

Revenue Planning

&bull Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company's revenues and profit objectives

&bull Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products

&bull Drive sales performance to quarterly plans and ensuring timely receipt of payments

Client Engagement

&bull Maintain key customer relationships and develop & implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base

&bull Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery time-lines and service quality norms

&bull Work at delivering value added Product & Services as per the Market requirements.

&bull Plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals and overall marketing objectives

&bull Gathering business and market intelligence information.

&bull Develops sales proposals, consistent with Management guidelines, to meet customer's need for company services.

&bull Gathers all external data required to for creation of special promotional / sales programs

&bull Steering CXO Interactions across members

Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications

&bull Post Graduate from a premiere B School with specialization in Marketing / Finance (Top 20 institutes preferably)

&bull Minimum 7+ years of experience across Sales & Business development. Ideally Assets side experience with a Bank or a NBFC is preferred.

Driving for results - Passion for achieving targets, good planning and organizing skills, lots of energy and passion for achieving targets. Self-motivated, ability to manage day to day activities without supervision

Execution champion - Focuses and ensures closure without compromising on quality of the output. Raises / flags issues as necessary and moves forward with a solutioning approach

Analytical mindset - Very strong conceptual and analytical abilities. Understands data and is able to derive insights and actionables.

Communication Skills - Effective communicator with excellent relationship building, negotiation and interpersonal skills
