We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Global Operations & Engineering Finance & Business Management team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • The incumbent is accountable to deliver financial & business support analysis and modelling for their assigned by line of business, sector, shared service, region, country, or legal entity team.
  • Provide analysis and commentary against weekly and monthly performance to extended Finance team globally which includes month end close support
  • Support the CFO/Finance head with all elements of financial planning and analysis
  • Provide support for preparation of business performance packs (MBR/EMR/IBR)
  • Partner with the Cost COE to drive actionable analytics across all keys areas
  • Validate and improve the quality and accuracy of the management data being produced
  • The incumbent expected to support the team Subject Matter expert working on various Labor rate card related analysis and co-ordinate with relevant Business Leads
  • Incumbent will need to act and develop oneself by proactively identifying unique business scenarios found throughout all aspects of the process cycle, thinking differently, formulating and implementing process improvements to drive speed and simplicity by gaining credibility, influencing and partnering across a diverse array of cross-functional teams.
  • S/he may provide analytical support to activities such as audits, the fulfillment of ad hoc requests, and other special projects as assigned.
  • Be a self-starter, passionate and a good communicator in order to establish relationships and build connectivity.
  • Demonstrates a genuine ability to and interest in building relationships with stake holders so one can deliver customer-centric solutions
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • 8-12 years of experience in cost and financial analysis preferrable in any Finance/Business Partnering role
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Analytical - Display ability to dive into very arcane details on financials
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Confident and calm demeanor with ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Proficiency with MAQ/Oracle, Power BI or other relative ERP/ accounting tools is an added advantage
