We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role is located in Pune, HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • This role is required to support the central strategy & business management function in Financial Management & Analysis (FMA) India.
  • The resource is expected to work very closely with the senior stakeholders in preparing dashboards & monthly MI.
  • The candidate should possess strong excel, PowerPoint and analytical ability Provide high quality end to end reporting & analytical services Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
  • Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, HR, Program Managers, etc.
  • Resource Management, hiring, attrition, seating Managing headcount for the domain, including forecasting, position management for internal and external staff, vendor procurement activities, managing temp hiring and backfills. Prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Supporting with key people initiatives and communication activities within the group.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of total work experience preferred, experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.
