We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Employee Relations to join our Human Resources team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland and is hybrid.
Requirements:
- Able to respond to general employee relations inquiries and non-high risk ethics concerns autonomously or with limited guidance and direction from senior team members.
- Experience in E mployee Relations
- Good knowledge of Polish Labour Law . Be able to demonstrate sound employment law knowledge across:
- Experienced in conducting limited scope / lower-risk investigations with limited guidance and/or oversight of the senior team members.
- Experience of handling disciplinaries, grievances and performance management cases end to end
- May serve as partner to senior team members on complex or high-risk matters.
- Experienced in managing end to end processes across a range of Poland/EMEA employee relations cases, through to successful conclusion, with limited guidance/oversight by senior team members;
- Ability to provide sound, appropriate and professional guidance to clients across a range of employee relations issues
- Ability to support on EMEA and global policy development and other ad hoc employee relations projects;
- Excellent communication skills to enable effective and pro-active partnering with clients, stakeholders and partners, including HR and Legal colleagues;
