We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, PT Policy & Governance to join our Governance and Internal Controls team. This role is located in Manchester - hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for maintaining the global Third-Party Governance (TPG) framework for HR.
- Supports change management processes to achieve outsourcing management consistency and embed an effective risk management culture while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintains an overview of all HR vendor interactions with relevant stakeholders in co-coordination with Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO), Global Management, the Legal Department and Compliance.
- Delivers robust metrics and reporting on global outsourcing activity.
- Proactively guide and support all stakeholders (internal and external to BNYM) who are involved directly and indirectly with TPG deliverables, to successfully execute both strategic project work and tactical 'business as usual' (BAU).
- May start to support more complex activities such as Compliance Regulatory changes that impact HR.
- Completes independent analytical and data management tasks under general direction.
- Assists with risk identification through tracking and monitoring activities.
- Supports audit activities as necessary, providing data and information to auditors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience in HR Operations, Vendor Management, Risk and/or Compliance preferred.
