Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Own adoption metrics & analytics processes and artifacts. This includes, but is not limited to monthly executive level reporting, real-time dashboard updates, specialized views by CIO, by Product
- Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with LOB CIO direct reports
- Responsible for translating data into actionable insights suitable for consumption by executive level resources
- Own, prioritize and communicate the short, medium, and long term product road map and release plan
- Interface with the rest of the product and engineering organization to understand opportunities, requirements and priorities to ensure the right focus of the team
- Interface with partner services that provide critical elements of our end user product (i.e. security, IAM, UX and infrastructure teams)
- Own backlog and priorities of efforts that will perfect and scale our platforms
- Monitor, measure and evaluate success of rolled out capabilities and iterate as needed
- Create and develop metrics (data) to evaluate the usage and success of the products you're accountable for
- Foster adoption of new infrastructure support/systems developed by the team
- Understand, partake in, and discuss the architecture/technical decisions made by the team
- Interface with 100+ global development teams
- Contribute to the broader Platform strategy; give feedback to technical teams building products on top of existing shared services
- Answer day-to-day product questions from engineers, business partners and support personnel
- Manage communication of progress/status to internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 8-10 years of related work experience
- Superior Excel skills; V Look-up, Pivot tables, large data set analysis
- Demonstrated experience in creating executive level content, analytics and insights
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Experience working in a federated content / platform provider model a plus
- Experience prioritizing a feature backlog for a backend engineering team juggling multiple work streams
- Experience working with globally dispersed resources
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Jira and Confluence a plus
