We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support to join our Operations Technology Production Support team with Shared Services EngineeringThis role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Create, analyze, and support our monitoring and Instrumentation tools; MoogSoft, Prometheus, Orion, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.
  • Production Support, Deployment & Migration, and Maintenance for applications as aligned by line of business.
  • Identify opportunities and employ automation solutions via 1Desk.
  • Perform the role of federated Problem Manager of the applications in the Operations Technology portfolio.
  • Facilitate Data Center FOS (Failover and Stay) using 1desk Automation.
  • Analyze Business & Data science patterns utilizing cutting edge Artificial Intelligence technology tools & Natural processing algorithmic like MoogSoft, AppDynamics, Splunk, Tripwire, NetScout, IRIS, Cloud prober, Prometheus, App Engine.
  • Manage release process flows and develop Automated scripts using Python, Kafka, Develop CICD Pipeline Automation utilizing, Kubernetes, Ansible, Containers, Gitlab and power Shell scripts.
  • Perform systems management, integrate functions, API's, Workflows and Improve computer systems resiliency, stability, and Productivity.
  • Produce CIO/Director level Dashboards, Automated Reports (Ad-hoc and scheduled).
  • Priority assessment, incident Investigation & diagnosis, execute Knowledge Base triage steps in standard operating procedure (SOP).
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems or commensurate work experience.
  • 10 years of total IT experience preferably in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3+ (Incident, Problem, and Change processes)
  • Knowledge of diverse technical components such as: Distributed applications, Mainframes, databases, user Interface, operating systems and other such technologies
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Self-Starter with a passion to develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presenting)
