Overview
The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Developer in Jersey City, NJ, to consult with internal business groups to provide appropriate application software development services or technical support. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering (any) or related field, and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or in a related IT occupation. Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Architecting the design of integration between shared services and applications using Cloud infrastructure, Cloud computing, Reverse Proxies, Apache, and Messaging Systems includingKafka, and Enterprise Content Delivery Network; Establishing Secure Single Sign-On (SSO) for applications running in a shared services platform using Load Balancers, Site-minder, Enterprise Cloud Platform, Docker Container, and Apache; Managing software development life cycle using JIRA and Agile workflow; Designing, developing, coding, and unit testing web applications using Angular, Web Components, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Rest API; Performing continuous integration and deployment procedures using GIT Lab CI/CD, and Jenkins; and Establishing bundling strategies and automation procedures to build and deploy artifacts using Python, Maven, Webpack, and Node. In the alternative, the Employer will accept a Master's degree in an above stated field of study and five (5) years of experience in the above-listed skills. Employer will accept pre- or post- Master's degree experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. Salary range: $157,477 - $193,500/year.
