We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Specialist to join our Corporate Technology team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Participate in requirements analysis with business stakeholders.
- Work independently on development activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
- Develop clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
- Perform functional testing with test cases and UTD.
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning
- Should support Client queries / Production issues on need basis.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation and problem resolution.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
- Proven experience in Microsoft technologies: Visual Studio, C# .Net, ASP .Net, ADO .Net, Web Services, IIS
- Strong development experience in Microsoft .NET framework and C#.NET and database systems such as SQL Server.
- Experience using third party UI controls and frameworks.
- Experience in writing SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, packages and debugging the code.
- Experience using source control tools such as GIT.
- Experience in creating project documents like functional/technical specs, use case, test plans, ER diagrams, data flow diagrams etc.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, onshore/offshore.
- Should have Agile methodology work experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-manage development projects within given period.
- Jenkins, CI/CD, Automation
- OOAD, Design patterns, MVVM, MVC, Windows applications,
- Web API, WCF/ Web services, Micro services, Solid hands on .net, C#.
- Local Site deployment and Exposure to IIS
