Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Developer

• Understand the business requirements, interpret the rationale, logic and data behind business requirements provided.
• Design and develop and maintain existing solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ensure high code quality, high test coverage, with clean coding practices.
• Perform technical gaps analysis, vulnerability remediation and performance improvement.
• Application test automation and performance tuning
• Produce technical documentation from architecture design to technical specification

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, ORM Technologies, Junit or other test frameworks.
• At least 10 years of experienced in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, REST API, JavaScript framework such as Angular.
• Strong SQL/RDBMS skills, able to design and optimise database schemas.
• Extensive experience of setting up DevOps stack of tools, such as Git, CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, SonarQube, Cucumber etc.
• Extensive experience in Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, Behaviour Driven Development and Microservices Architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Full Stack Developer works as part of the Application Development team within Asia Pacific Technology Group. This is an exciting role to join an expanding team that transforming the way we work as a regional team. The position is a hands-on role who will work across local and global teams of technology, helping businesses to reduce risks and improve operations efficiency by realigning legacy solutions to strategic technology platforms.

Being part of a team of technologists, this is a role participates in the Agile software development life-cycle, and responsible for analysing existing legacy solutions, redesigning architecture, building new solutions with front end-to-end solutions, integration with different systems, setting up continuous integration and deployment pipeline. This role is fully accountable for the high-quality outcomes and optimized client experience.
