We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Group Manager, Client Services to join our Outsourced Trading team. This role will be based in either Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid Work Model - requires 3 days in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead all aspects of client onboarding, implementation, and servicing.
- Develop and maintain client onboarding and client implementation processes, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and agreements with market data providers, brokers, trading venues and execution platforms.
- Collaborate with Trading, Sales and Product teams to develop new capabilities and offerings to address client demands.
- Work closely with trading, trade support team and sales team to resolve client queries and meet their needs.
- Conduct vendor/broker meetings and review performance against service level agreements, and other relevant standards.
- 10+ years of experience in a client management role, with a focus on Trading, Investment Management, or OMS / EMS platforms.
- 3+ years in a management role, with demonstrated ability to attract, retain and lead talent.
- Series 99 Licenses are "Highly Preferred". To be confirmed with Compliance.
- Outsourced Trading Client Rep - FINRA License required.
- Deep understanding of the buyside industry and investment lifecycle workflows is preferred.
- Process-minded, with strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort and experience in presenting to C-suite executives.
- Intellectually curious, self-starter mindset - capable of grasping complex concepts and workflows and a desire to continually improve.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with an MBA preferred.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $158,000 and $292,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
