Senior Group Manager, Control

We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Group Manager, Control to join our Operations Control Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.- Hybrid work model

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Direct and oversee teams that are responsible for control testing and reporting on control standards.
• Manage analysis and draw conclusions in order to recommend and direct any resulting change needed to mitigate risk.
• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
• Directly manage more senior manager and ensures their focus on functional objectives. May have matrixed management responsibility and oversee geographically dispersed teams, adding to the complexity of duties.
• Responsible for the achievement of goals and objectives. Provides guidance to senior risk managers. Completion of tasks affects achievement of functional objectives

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Certified Information Security Management (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) security certification is preferred.
• 10-15 years of total work experience with 3-5 years of management experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred
