We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Manager, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our Global Payments Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Chennai - MH - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Managing and overseeing the Payments processing / Control Room operations
- Acts as an escalation point for complex problems, technology issues, operational issues
- Responsible for analysis and assessment of situations/ issues, and providing solutions to resolve issues
- Process Improvement - Assist and drive projects and initiatives for process improvements.
- Should be well versed with SWIFT messaging for payments, bulk payments processing, ISO 20022 & MX message type
- Ability to analysis complex situations and collaborate with technology teams, product, other operations teams, and resiliency to highlight red flags, backlogs, slowness etc, as well as analyse the impact.
- Directs and controls all work performed. Reports and escalates progress/issues to management, as needed
- Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
- Min 10 years of experience in cash operations (Payments/Investigations). Should have experience in managing small to medium teams
- Maintains regular contact with internal clients and works with all required functions and groups effectively.
