We're seeking a future team members for the role within Corporate Treasury who can specialize in Management Information System activities. This role is located in Pune or Chennai - Hybrid.

Corporate Treasury: Corporate Treasury manages capital, liquidity, and market risks to ensure that the firm has the resources to accomplish its business strategies and meet regulatory requirements in business as usual and stress. CT provides a variety of services across the firm including capital management, funding, liquidity risk management, asset liability management, balance sheet strategy, and Office of Recovery and Resolution Planning (ORRP)

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Provide input into development of Asset Liability Management(ALM) policy and strategy.
  • Manage local and regional production and submission of Treasury related information to appropriate legal entity governance committees.
  • Collect financial data, validate, and populate various capital management, IRR, Liquidity and asset/liability models or analysis.
  • Run model/analytics, conducts liquidity stress testing and reports on results
  • Ensure models are functioning as expected, able to trouble shoots and reports on unexpected/undesired results
  • Assess risk inherent in any new or changing Bank products and adjust model inputs.
  • Review, analyse and execute standard to complex capital and asset liability management activities.
  • Monitor compliance to internal and regulatory balance sheet metrics.
  • Ensure proper control on the quality and integrity of reports produced for senior management and committees
  • Provide SME support in various categories such as Intraday Liquidity, Deposit Liabilities, Interest Rate Risk, currency Risk, Capital Management etc.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline including Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
  • Minimum 2+ experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Strong organizational skill, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent technical documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgement
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-starter who will push themselves to learn
Preferred Qualification:
  • Master's degree or professional certification CFA/CPA/CA
  • 3-5 years of Treasury of finance-related function sin a major financial institution or corporate
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python
  • Experience with liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, capital management and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations
  • Experience with large data flows and analytics, regulatory stress testing, and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations
  • QRM experience is a plus
