We're seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Product Manager to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage cross-functional Product Oriented Delivery team (POD) to deliver high-quality software/features that meets customer needs and exceeds business goals
- Identify capacity opportunities through continuous market analysis and user feedback
- Develop comprehensive competitive analyses and ensures that Platform (Pod) differentiation and value propositions are clearly defined
- Manage the Platform (Pod) portfolio and ensures that deliverables meet critical business OKRs
- Extensive experience delivering on large-scale, scalable products in an Agile, enterprise environment
- Ability to seamlessly navigate between high-level concepts and practical implementation, developing a product/platform that is both ambitious and achievable
- Strong communicator and influencer: ability to create buy-in of product/platform vision from both executives and cross-functional teams
- Leadership: strong motivator, inspires his/her teams, fosters collaborative environment
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and possess a strong appetite for learning and pursuing fresh challenges
- Strategic Mindset; is commercial, and thinks about how to create positive impact for the business
- Adaptable: embraces change, adapts and iterates quickly
