We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Marketing - Digital Marketing II to join our Investment Management Global Distribution team. This role is located in Pune,MH, HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Maintain content across the IM EMEA & APAC suite of multi-lingual websites and microsites. Ensuring all web content is accurate, up-to-date, consistent and compliant. Carrying out regulatory changes and time sensive updates as required.
  • Action tasks and work within the JIRA work management tool.
  • Co-ordinate content (for all site elements, including text, infographics, video, imagery, etc.), assuring that appropriate parties have reviewed and approved all sections.
  • Responsible for management of regular and adhoc documentation placed on the website - including maintaining the Fund document metadata matrix files used to determine Library attributes.
  • Responsible for manual document uploads to relevant websites as necessary. Liaising with IM EMEA Investment Information Services when necessary to ensure timely document delivery.
  • Maintain fund price feeds for all websites via processing of the Static Datasheet (SDS), managing the process with internal/external departments and keeping all stakeholders fully informed
  • Production of test scripts to support Digital project roll out as and when necessary
Day-to-day responsibilities

Analytics & reporting:
  • Provide timely, accurate campaign analytics, to enable IM Digital Team to provide recommendations for future campaigns and enhancements.
  • Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver monthly, cross-channel performance reports
Process, troubleshooting & quality assurance:
  • Ensure website functionality, stability and security is maintained by carrying out quality control on all web assets. Perform regular quality assurance checks, UAT and bug-fixing (404s reports, typos, broken links, etc) and resolve applicable issues.
  • Responsible for testing websites for accessibility and ensuring all sites adhere to accessibility guidelines
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors as appropriate to resolve technical problems and ensure effective issue resolution
  • SEO - Review and QA metadata to ensure pages/content is being optimised appropriately. Perform regular reviews across all web assets, feeding back your findings to the central Digital Team to be included in the SEM strategy.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Skills and Experience
  • Hands on experience of online content management using a CMS platform (ideally WordPress), scheduling and publishing content changes.
  • Knowledge and experience of HTML and CSS essential
  • Experience with JIRA, Trello or other work management tool
  • A good knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe and a strong ability to interpret data.
  • Experience of MS Access
  • Experience of MS Excel
  • Good understanding of digital technology, the digital marketing landscape and technological developments
  • Understanding of W3C web standards, DDA, best practice, usability and UX design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
  • Marketing Automation tool experience beneficial but not mandatory (Marketo preferable)
