In this role, you will contribute and make an impact with our Digital Team as a designer.
Details about the Digital Team
The Digital team, an Enterprise function, sits within the Securities Services and Digital (SSD) line of business which also includes our Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust and Depositary Receipts businesses.
Digital is responsible for mapping our digital future by investing in digital capabilities, including analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and others. Our team maximizes the impact of investments in digital capabilities, through the development of new service offerings / products as well as enhance the client experience. The team aims to accelerate the bank's innovation strategy.
User Experience (UX) perfectly blends customer and business values with easy-to-use designs. You will collaborate with a team that defines problems, tests solutions, and designs user interfaces. You will feel a sense of achievement in the projects that you are part of because your design decisions will impact millions of people across the financial world.
Responsibilities:
- Design thoughtful, beautiful, and useful user interfaces and experiences
- Create customer-centered designs
- Conduct research through market analysis, customer feedback, usability testing
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
- Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-design audiences
- Enrolment in polytechnic diploma program with a strong focus on user experience and/or digital content creation
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better;
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
