Product Owner - Collaboration Solutions - Workplace Ops & Supply Chain

What's the role?

As a Product Owner on the Collaboration Solutions team, you will be expected to use your knowledge of Microsoft 365 to create the vision for a new employee experience that supports our collaborative, innovative culture leveraging the latest technology. To deliver this experience to our global workforce, you will collaborate with both the internal technology teams and our global stakeholders to build an incremental value roadmap that meets our short- and long-term goals. You will work within an Agile framework to build, maintain, and continuously enhance the tools needed to manage our Collaboration solutions.

We'll trust you to:

  • Define and own the overall M365 Collaboration roadmap, reviewing and prioritizing as required
  • Maintain market knowledge to ensure Bloomberg's Collaboration Solutions services meet our employees' needs today and in the future
  • Ensure our employees are enabled to use the Microsoft 365 platform in the most efficient manner by providing training, collateral and support
  • Have a strong willingness to take over ownership and drive for results

You'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience with enterprise productivity tools, collaboration tools, and end user technology
  • Experience configuring and managing Windows 10 desktops and laptops, focusing on the user experience
  • Proficiency managing Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of M365 applications including Microsoft Teams
  • Advanced knowledge of video conference tools (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of configuring and deploying applications including GPOs, SCCM, and InTune
  • Strong understanding of network topology
  • Experience in developing requirements with stakeholders and building detailed roadmaps
  • Experience managing a cross-functional team in a highly complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including networking, collaboration, communication, time management, being able to adapt to different audiences, environments, and cultures
  • Encourage strategic thinking, innovation, and action
  • Ability to be flexible, an outstanding teammate and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment are a must

We'd love to see:

  • Extensive understanding of today's cloud technology platforms including applications and storage
  • Experience migrating from Microsoft Office to M365 on an enterprise level
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft M365 certifications
  • Product Owner or agile/scrum certifications
  • Network security and vulnerability standard methodologies
  • An innovator comfortable with the delicate balance of bold visioning, intelligent strategy, and sophisticated execution
  • An adaptable problem-solver who seeks to make things better, and is inspired to make bold decisions in ambiguity
