Learning Experience Designer - Skills Development, Vice President

About this role

The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing and developing effective and engaging learning experiences to support employee growth and organizational goals. This role collaborates with stakeholders to assess learning needs, applies instructional design principles, and creates innovative instructor-led training and blended learning based development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps through available data liaise with Early Careers team, Academies leads and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, talent partners, HRBPs and business embedded learning teams to analyze specific business related skills development needs
  • Collaborate with the Talent Practices, AIR and HR Technology teams to embed skills development in broader talent management and career development processes and frameworks.
  • Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to design impactful training solutions.
  • Develop instructional materials, including ILT course content, facilitator guides, participant materials, and utilize available multimedia assets in blended solutions.
  • Facilitate skills development trainings and programs, including TTT trainings for internal facilitators of ExpertConnect and other professional development programs.
  • Manage the internal facilitator community, ensuring constant upskilling, knowledge sharing and distribution of Learning engagement, quality and continuous improvement insights.
  • Manage L&D Content Administrators to provide business relevant content curation and skills development focused learning campaigns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Ensure all training materials align with organizational goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices and adult learning theories to continuously improve learning solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field - Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in designing, developing and facilitating training programs for corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in skills assessment methodologies and proficient level of market awareness on the latest skills assessment and development technologies.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and additional learning technologies.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
