Make Your Mark:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits who will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of our benefits and wellness program in the EMEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and Analytics, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the benefit and wellness programs for all employees in the EMEA and APAC regions. This role will provide excellent customer service to a variety of internal customers and monitors benefit administration across multiple systems and applications.

You'll Get To:

  • Support the design, implementation and administration of EMEA and APAC benefits including health, and pension within the governance framework
  • Oversee delivery of benefit programs for the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Evaluate and analyze benefits programs to ensure that all plans remain market competitive, aligned with our values and are cost effective. Investigate trends, best practices and costs while partnering with internal team members and external experts to bring recommendations to management.
  • Manage the implementation and administration of benefits and wellness programs, policies, plans and processes. Including the ability to lead renewals, annual enrollment, work with third party vendor systems for implementing, testing and operating new benefit programs.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of local laws, regulations, and customs to enhance collaboration with the Total Rewards team ensuring benefits programs comply with regional requirements and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Understand current and emerging market trends in the wellness space to identify opportunities and gaps that support the design of wellness and engagement initiatives that are aligned to our corporate values.
  • Manage wellness vendors and effectively administer or implement critical initiatives such as new challenges, and innovative or leading-edge programs.
  • Provide timely response to requests and questions regarding benefits, escalating complex issues to vendors or benefits team members.
  • Partner with HR Operations team to scale and operationalize benefits support for self-service and transactional administration.
  • Participate in ongoing and/or ad hoc projects as determined by the needs of the organization.

What You'll Bring:

Years of Experience in Related Field: 5+ years of experience managing employee benefits and pension programs across EMEA

Education: Bachelors or Higher

Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Diligent, methodical and organized approach to work complemented by a high attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in a busy, fast-paced innovative environment subject to multiple shifting priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of individuals at different levels of seniority
  • Innovative and resourceful, with an aptitude for continuous improvement
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility and drive task completion
  • Collaborative team player - flexible and adaptable
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of global benefits and pension regulations, compliance, and market trends.
