Your Purpose
The Accountant Sr. Specialist, who will be part of the Accounting team will be responsible for monthly closing of different entities, review P&L and BS items, be responsible for bank and AP/AR reconciliations, support the audit process and file regulatory presentations.

Senior Manager of Finance
Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- Degree in Accounting
- At least 8 years of experience in Accounting & Taxes
- Experience with NetSuite and/or another ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners
- Organized and proactive, takes initiative and prioritize tasks
- Agile sense of work
- Creative thinking and out of the box solutions for complicated processes
- Reliable, trustworthy, high level of integrity with strong service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Willing to work in a fast-paced industry
- Experience in financial, technological companies or in a Big4
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; competency in SQL and Macros is a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS and will be plus to know US GAAP
- Assure timely and accurate recording of all transactions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in our ERP;
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accounting records are appropriately maintained and in compliance with local GAAP;
- Lead Month-end and Year-end financial reporting activities;
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions;
- AP/AR/Bank Reconciliation;
- Review intercompany transactions monthly to ensure balances are aligned;
- Manage the annual audit process;
- Reviews and interprets national and international accounting standards;
- Assist with various financial analysis and reporting requirements to regulators;
- Monitor, manage and ensure the compliance of tax reports to Tax Authorities;
- Tax planning, Transfer Pricing analysis using expertise of tax compliance matters to provide internal advisory;
