Product Manager, Wallets

We are building out our Product division and looking for a Senior Product Manager with a fervent interest in leading our endeavors within the wallets space. The Senior Product Manager for Wallets will be pivotal in driving the innovation and growth of our wallet solutions, navigating the intersection of user experience, security, and the latest in blockchain technology. This role is designed for someone who thrives on continuous learning and is eager to master the forefront of digital asset technology, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0 innovations. We value direct communication and adaptability, as the dynamic nature of the crypto space often shifts our priorities to develop new features and expand into emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a talented team of engineers and product designers in the evolution and expansion of BitGo's wallet offerings, ensuring a seamless blend of user-friendly design, robust security, and innovative features.
• Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving wallet ecosystem, identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies and trends to keep BitGo's wallets at the leading edge of digital asset management.
• Craft and execute a visionary roadmap for wallet products that aligns with BitGo's strategic goals, adapting proactively to the ever-changing landscape of the crypto market and user needs.
• Define and implement precise success metrics for the wallet product suite, employing effective measurement and analysis techniques to monitor progress and fuel continuous product enhancement.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in product management driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.
• An understanding of the current landscape and emerging trends in digital wallets, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0, coupled with a strong desire to continuously learn and apply new technologies.
• A proven track record of successful product launches that have significantly influenced market trends, demonstrating an ability to envision and execute a strategic product direction.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability, with experience navigating the challenges of rapidly changing technological and regulatory environments.
• A commitment to meticulousness and quality, balanced with the pragmatism to prioritize and deliver on time in a fast-moving industry.
• A fervent advocate for the broader adoption of digital assets, with a forward-looking perspective on how wallet technologies can transform the financial landscape.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $132,000 to $200,000 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $120,000 - $190,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
