Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Software Technical Lead to join us on this exciting journey. In this role you will lead a team of Software Engineers to continue to drive innovation and efficiency in our managed service product, CAST (continuous attack surface testing).  You are battle-tested in hands-on software engineering, having cut your teeth on object-oriented design and development.  You consider yourself technically agnostic.  Your technical skills as well as your leadership abilities stood out above your peers and consequently, you advanced consistently throughout your career and are now leading a team of high-performing Software Engineers.  It is your empathy for their daily challenges to solve complex problems that guides you as a leader to encourage and empower your team every single day.  You will not settle for mediocrity and challenge your team to be bold in their creativity and tenacity for innovation.
