Marketing Campaign Manager

3 days ago Flexible / Remote

At Bishop Fox, security isn’t just what we do, it’s what we live for. We lead the way in continuous offensive security and penetration testing, helping some of the most recognizable companies on the planet stay ahead of real-world threats. We’re trusted by over a quarter of the Fortune 100, half of the Fortune 10, and the biggest names in media, tech, and finance.

Our Cosmos platform (shoutout to SC Media for naming it Best Emerging Technology) is just one example of how we keep pushing the envelope. And with nearly two decades of contributions, from open-source tools to published advisories, we’re all in on making the digital world safer.

Joining Bishop Fox means working with a sharp, curious, and supportive team. You’ll take on complex challenges, solve interesting problems, and help build smarter, safer systems.

Right now, we’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to help us channel our content, technical expertise, and brand momentum into real, measurable pipeline growth.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Campaign Manager to help us turn buying signals into real pipeline. If building systems that connect the dots between awareness and action sounds like your kind of challenge, keep reading.

This role is part strategist, part builder. You’ll team up with product marketing, SMEs, and our Go To Market crew to run smart, scalable campaigns across email, paid, field, and syndication. From designing drip programs that actually convert to fine-tuning how and where we show up, your work will help make sure the right people hear the right message, and no solid lead slips through the cracks.

If you geek out over clear workflows, love a good campaign dashboard, and enjoy turning great content into measurable momentum, let’s talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and launch full-funnel campaigns across email, paid, events, and syndication, built to bring in qualified leads, not just clicks
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, and our SMEs to make sure messaging, timing, and assets are all in sync
  • Build smart, segmented journeys that meet people where they are (by role, stage, and behavior) to keep leads moving
  • Partner with Sales to track engagement, spot reactivation plays, and make sure good leads don’t get cold
  • Tap into delivery and R&D for fresh insights that fuel thought leadership and sharpen our technical POV
  • Strategize with content to turn SME brain dumps into campaign-ready content: think blogs, reports, email copy, and more
  • Keep an eye on the numbers: MQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Always be testing: optimize messaging, channels, and sequencing to keep improving performance

Your Experience

  • 4–7 years in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience running demand gen or campaign programs
  • You’ve owned pipeline goals before and know how to efficiently move the needle across channels
  • You are comfortable and thoughtful with AI. You’re the one who knew about AI before it hit the front page, you’ve already tested tools, built workflows, maybe even spun up an agent or two to help you scale your impact
  • You get how people find things, whether it’s through search (hello, SEO) or smart targeting (hey, GEO). You know how to build campaigns that show up in the right place, at the right time, for the right audience.
  • Solid project manager who can keep a lot of moving parts on track without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and paid platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Can take technical ideas and turn them into messaging that actually resonates
  • You care about performance, think in terms of outcomes, and aren’t afraid to get creative to get there
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in cybersecurity, or if you’re naturally curious about the space and love staying close to cutting-edge tech
