Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing (MS Franchise)

About This Role
Reporting to the Sr. Director of HCP Marketing, the Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing will drive key HCP marketing initiatives to drive growth for Biogen’s MS brands. 

What You’ll Do
•    Ensure specific HCP initiatives including marketing programs and campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.
•    Cultivate strong relationships with field force, cross-functional partners, and HCP agencies.
•    Lead HCP marketing initiatives in close collaboration with other key functional partners. Specific initiatives may include:
o    Create and deliver HCP messaging and core claims, ensuring alignment with patient narrative.

o    Develop field sales materials with consistent pull through of aligned messages – includes digital visual aid, leave behinds etc.
o    Partner closely with field sales team to prioritize, focus, and gain alignment on the most impactful campaigns and associated messaging to deliver brand objectives. 
o    Coordinate competitive intelligence and appropriate response plan.

Qualifications

Required Skills
•    Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience
•     Minimum of 3+ years’ related marketing / customer engagement experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or related agency experience with demonstrated advancement in roles and scope
•    Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and “roll-up your sleeves” culture. A self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team.
•    Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
•    Ability to make astute decisions and adapt with agility as more information becomes available.
•    Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs.
 
Preferred Skills
•    Experience within neurology and/or specialty markets.
•    Prior people management experience preferred.
•    Field Sales experience a plus.
•    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
