About This Role

As our new Omnichannel Excellence Manager you will lead the planning and execution of programs that enhance the Nordic & Baltic cluster overall omnichannel customer engagement strategy and approach. He/she will be responsible for the successful adoption and orchestration of existing channels and addition of new channels to communicate with Biogen’s customers.

The Omnichannel Excellence Manager will collaborate across all Therapeutic Areas and functions, and specialized agencies to create a sustainable operating model and reusable processes between different functions. Will act as an internal subject matter expert and drive transformation into utilization of channels to use, primarily digital ones. Based on this foundational execution excellence and a strong mix of omnichannel activities, should lead Biogen to the next level of omnichannel customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

The Omnichannel Excellence Manager will:

  • Lead cluster planning and execution of programs that enhance our overall omnichannel/digital customer engagement strategy and approach
  • Be responsible for the successful adoption and orchestration of existing channels and addition of new channels to communicate with Biogen’s customers
  • Closely cooperates with the I-CoE team to make recommendations and support implementation of new operational models in the market(s)
  • Leads Biogen’s internal and external digital communications activities and digital reputation management. This includes channel mix management and development, planning and executing digital communications campaigns and having overall responsibility for Biogen’s digital presence (i.e. websites and social media channels)
  • Constantly seeks ways to strengthen Biogen’s digital leadership
  • Acts as a digital champion who enhances digital skills and capabilities
  • Facilitate and orchestrate cross-functional teams to build strong CEP (Customer Engagement Plans) and align with all functions and measure success in accordance to defined KPIs
  • Identify KPI and follow to be able to improve our initiatives and be able to lead the CEP process forward with the mindset of constant improving

Who You Are

You have a passion for cross-functional collaboration, showcasing a successful track record in omnichannel/digital customer engagement within the pharmaceutical industry. Your expertise lies in crafting and enhancing omnichannel strategies, specifically for a Nordics cluster. As an internal subject matter expert, you excel in propelling transformations towards channel utilization.
 

Qualifications

    • BA or Master’s degree
    • >2 years of experience in omnichannel and digital customer engagement at local level,  in pharmaceutical/MedTech/health care sector (track record on designing and delivering omnichannel/digital tactics, including agency management)
    • Content development for communications campaigns.
    • Management of activities associated with a marketing plan against a set deadline or Market research, brand planning,  
    • Experience in design and delivery of omnichannel/digital tactics, including agency management.
    • Familiar with Content Management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager and AEM.
    • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, paid marketing on social media platforms.
    • At least 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical brand management experience, preferably in the Neurology/CNS area.
    • Preferably at least 1 year experience as ABM in a Pharma Company.
    • Informal leadership skills.
    • Good written, oral, presentation and communication skills in English
    • Fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish
