About This Role:
The Manager, Clinical Asset Planning is responsible for ensuring continuous product supply while minimizing E&O. This individual will work with clinical development teams and clinical supply managers to ensure alignment of drug substance and drug product demand and supply plans across Global Supply Chain for the Asset to meet performance metrics. The Manager, Clinical Asset Planning will develop manufacturing/inventory plans based on demand and CMC activities in alignment with business division strategies and actively work with the Asset Team to minimize supply risks due to regulatory approval status. This individual will manage/support cross-functional projects such as cross-functional process/system integration. This is an individual contributor position and will not have direct reports.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain Asset Supply Continuity
- Accountable for availability of API/DS/DP/FGI across all protocols
- Manage DS/DP/FGI lifecycle management
- Monitor and action DS/DP/FGI supply performance metrics related to supply and cost optimization
- Develop and maintain DS, DP, API, and FGI demand and update relevant systems
- Develop short-, mid- and long-range manufacturing plans
- Recommend/implement corrective actions to maintain inventory targets and minimize supply risks
- Participate in the clinical development team and PO&T Asset Teams
- Provide program updates to leadership
- Participate in the design of the DS/DP supply chain
- Create DP, DS, and FGI item codes, formulas, and recipes
- Support Center of Excellence activities as needed
- Other job duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of generating innovative solutions
- Demonstrated experience with integrated scenario planning
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience liaising with 3rd party logistics providers, CMOs, and/or various internal groups
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex plans, risks, and contingencies across diverse teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within a regulated environment, such as biotech/pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industries
- Experience within a cGMP supply chain and familiarity with GCP regulations; clinical supply experience

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $104,000.00-$139,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
