About This Role:
As a Consultant, Learning Design at our esteemed organization, you will serve as an authoritative resource in crafting learning experiences that empower and elevate the capabilities of our team members. Your role centers around the conception, development, and production of dynamic and impactful training solutions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our employees. You will collaborate closely with our global partners across various departments such as HR, RD&M, PO&T, and Commercial to deeply understand their learning objectives. By applying your expertise in instructional design theory and methodologies, you will identify and implement the most suitable educational strategies. Your consulting acumen will be pivotal in leading intricate projects, marshaling both internal and external resources to enhance our offerings. As a trusted advisor to stakeholders and SMEs, your guidance will navigate complex challenges and optimize specialized areas of learning. You are integral to the strategizing, developing, and executing of assessment frameworks that gauge the effectiveness and business impact of our learning solutions. Your ability to translate technical content into a compelling narrative will enrich our projects, ensuring they are goal-oriented and yield tangible results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with both GxP and non-GxP Learning Partners and business sponsors to discern learning needs and set performance outcomes aligned with business training requisites.
  • Design and curate innovative and efficient training programs, considering time, cost, and other constraints, while conducting thorough training needs analyses.
  • Create comprehensive learning solutions, involving SMEs for content accuracy and relevancy, and formulate learning evaluations to measure knowledge transfer and impact.
  • Deliver and/or facilitate training programs.
  • Oversee the project management of learning initiatives, consulting on budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Engage in the continuous improvement of training policies, standards, and instructional design processes to guarantee excellence and instructional integrity.

You are a lifelong learner, continually seeking to refine your craft and apply your knowledge for the betterment of the team.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a closely related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in adult learning theory and the measurement of learning principles, with a strong preference for experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Articulate (Rise and Storyline) is a must, desired knowledge of other eLearning applications such as Camtasia, Synthesia, and a nuanced understanding of their uses.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and design software like Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); a solid grasp of graphic design principles is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with various training tools and formats, including self-study, instructor-led computer-based training, distance learning, gamification, simulation, and virtual reality.
  • Knowledge of the Performance Consulting process for training program analysis and design.
  • Virtual and in-person facilitation and training experience of large and small groups is essential.
  • Awareness of GLP, GCP, and GMP training regulations is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • E-Learning and/or training certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate in the design and delivery of learning materials.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.

This role is eligible for off-campus work category.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
