职位名称：中国价值准入团队中央准入实习生
所属部门：中国价值准入团队
实习地点：北京
实习时长：3-6个月（可协商，每周至少3天全职到岗）
岗位职责
- 政策研究与收集：
- 跟踪国家及地方医保、卫生等与罕见病相关的政策动态，收集整理行业信息；
- 协助分析政策对药品市场准入的影响，形成汇报文件。
- 资料整理与运营协助：
- 完成准入相关资料、信息的收集和汇总协助；
- 协助完成中央准入运营工作，包括但不限于、内外部信息的整理、沟通等，。
- 内外部沟通：
- 支持部门内及与其他部门（如市场部、医学部）的沟通协调；
- 协助整理会议纪要。
Qualifications
- 教育背景：
- 学士或硕士研究生在读，医药、公共卫生、卫生政策、药学、生命科学、经济学等相关专业优先；
- 对医药行业政策（如医保、绩效考核、DRG/DIP）有基础了解或浓厚兴趣。
- 核心能力：

- 具备较强的信息检索、数据分析及逻辑思维能力；
- 熟练使用Office软件（Excel数据处理、PPT制作、Word文档撰写）；
