CE & O Internship

About This Role:

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated intern to join our Customer Engagement & Omnichannel (CE & O) team. As an intern, you will embark on a learning journey focused on digital innovation and omnichannel strategy, contributing to our digital transformation efforts. Working closely with a dedicated tutor, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting change management initiatives, developing digital solutions, and promoting digital projects within the organization. This role is crucial in helping us enhance our digital presence and optimize our strategies to better serve various stakeholders. By joining our team, you will play an integral part in driving our affiliate's digital vision forward, while gaining valuable skills and insights into the dynamic world of digital marketing and strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Support change management initiatives as part of the affiliate's digital transformation journey.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital solutions tailored to various stakeholders.
• Assist in creating patient-facing apps and scientific platforms.
• Share and promote digital projects within the organization.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in identifying effective KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives.

Who You Are:

You are a driven individual passionate about digital innovation and eager to dive into the world of omnichannel strategy. Your strong communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English enable you to effectively share ideas and insights. You possess an analytical mindset and strategic thinking, allowing you to approach challenges with a thoughtful perspective. Your ability to multitask and manage projects effectively makes you a valuable team player, ready to contribute and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.
• Strong multitasking abilities and solid project management skills.
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills:

• Postgraduate Master's in Digital Marketing or equivalent.

Durante il tuo stage come Inter CE & O, avrai l'opportunità di concentrare il tuo progetto formativo su innovazione digitale e omnicanalità. Lavorerai sotto la guida di un tutor esperto, per contribuire significativamente alla trasformazione digitale dell'azienda. Chi sei:

Sei una persona con un forte interesse per il mondo digitale e un'ottima padronanza dell'inglese. Hai una naturale attitudine al multitasking e possiedi buone competenze di project management. La tua capacità di comunicare in modo efficace, sia in italiano che in inglese, ti rende un collaboratore prezioso. Ti distingui per la tua visione strategica e le tue competenze analitiche, e sei autonomo nella gestione della suite Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.

Competenze richieste:

• Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia, Digital Marketing, Digital Communication o affini, farmacia, CTF o affini con interesse per il digitale.
• Ottima padronanza dell'inglese.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta, orale e di presentazione in italiano e inglese.
• Attitudine al multitasking e buone competenze di project management.
• Buone capacità analitiche e di visione strategica.
• Autonomia nella gestione di suite Office, soprattutto Excel e PowerPoint.

Competenze preferite:

• Master post-lauream in Digital Marketing o equivalente.
• Abilità nella scrittura di testi per diversi canali e target (siti web, email, ecc.).
