Job Description Summary

Responsible for developing and delivering clinical application training workshops using technology with internal and external organizations. Interacts with government agencies, non-government agencies and key customers to deliver training in particular for microbiology activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Harmonizes and creates suites of product training materials, such as tutorials, PowerPoint presentations, using product specifications, information from subject matter experts and appropriate visuals.
  • Develop training plans to meet in-country training needs (both internal and external accordingly).
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, appropriateness and consistency of training products, evaluates training products of other course developers when appropriate.
  • Collaborates with other DS businesses to assist in the creation of training materials on products and procedures for cross business initiatives.
  • KOL Relationship Management - Develop KOL relationships in the country to ensure implementation of TB and cancer management program in Indonesia.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Microbiology related.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of applications experience in Microbiology / Molecular field
  • Strong communication and presentation skill both in Bahasa and English, verbal and written.
