Bounteous x Accolite is looking for an experienced Senior Java Specialist to support underlying hardware and software upgrades for bank applications within the financial services unit. They will primarily develop and deliver software solutions using Core Java and related technologies with occasional supporting responsibilities. They will contribute their knowledge and expertise to impact one of the greatest financial institutions in the world!

Role and Responsibilities
- Utilize strong programming and analytical skills to develop robust software solutions using Core Java
- Enhance application performance and functionality using Java 8 features
- Design and implement Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot
- Implement Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Work with version control systems like Git, GitHub, or GitLab to manage source code efficiently
- Develop Restful APIs and integrate them into existing systems
- They will excite teams on advancements in technology, providing quality experiences to stakeholders and end users
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-10 years of Java/J2EE development experience and a degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Kafka, Java 8, RESTful API development, and Git
- Proven hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and Unix commands preferred
