Job Description:

Seeking an experienced product manager for a suite of check disbursement, reconcilement, and fraud prevention products that generate significant annual revenue for the bank. Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage P&L, serve a subject matter expert, and manage multiple risk routines for a mature but critical product set.

This role will also:

• Evaluate, write requirements, develop and implement new products and feature functionality driven by VOC/VOA/competitive landscape, or operational efficiency for check business and P2E opportunities.

• Work closely with business partners - including Operations, Technology, Digital Channels and Sales - to evaluate, monitor and close check operational issues

• Work with Sales, Operations, Servicing and Fulfillment to manage existing client impacts and challenges to ensure high quality servicing and retention of clients.

• Be responsible for contributing to the strategy to help drive P2E (paper to electronic) initiatives across US Payments.

Required skills:

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in payments, with a strong preference for product management experience in check disbursement and check fraud prevention

• Financial / P&L management

• Subject matter expertise is check disbursement and check fraud prevention

• Experience working with treasury sales and treasury clients on issues and initiatives

• Ability to manage various risk routines including risk reporting, risk assessment, and special projects designed to address risk issues

• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with the full range of key business partners

• Strong organizational skills

• Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and the ability to work with limited supervision

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Maintenance of client-facing and internal product literature related to check disbursement and fraud prevention, communicate product changes

Desired skills:

• Understanding of laws, rules, and regulations related to checks

• Ability to quickly learn core capabilities including end-to-end operational and technology workflows and processes

• Knowledge of treasury management products and services, and key trends within the electronic payment space

• Experience analyzing and reporting business financials

• Strong in Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$105,000.00 - $250,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
