Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Global Markets Technology & Operations provides end-to-end technology solutions for Global Markets businesses including Equities, Prime Brokerage, Interest Rates, Currencies, Commodities, Derivatives and Structured Products.

Across all these products, solutions include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using various enterprise technologies.

• Primary responsibility would be development, implementation, Enhancement, and support of the reconciliation along with Tool and SQL skill.
• Should be very strong hands-on developer.
• Communicating with Global team and daily coordination.
• Proven team player with the ability to foster a team environment.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to Seniors, Peers and Team Members
• Should have worked in Agile Environment and understand Scrum Model
• Should be able to Support the product during India Hours
