Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.
Campus Recruiters hire junior talent for specific lines of business (LOB) across the enterprise. The Consultants help the team manage the end-to-end campus recruiting process for our intern and full time Analyst and/or Associate programs.
This is a Campus Recruiter opportunity on the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Campus team.
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Managers and Business leaders to develop and execute a LOB campus recruiting strategy.
- Build strong partnership with LOB representatives and campus program sponsors. Consult and coordinate with these partners throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting strategy for the respective LOB.
- Streamline LOB recruiting efforts and continually assess school strategy to ensure a candidate pipeline that supports the junior talent hiring needs.
- Ensure diversity is a top priority. Work with several diversity organizations, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates. Partner with Diversity Team on key diversity initiatives and events.
- Manage the three-phase candidate review and interview process for both Summer Intern and Full-Time programs including resume review, video interview, and final round Super Day interview. This includes implementing and driving a competitive timeline, securing reviewers and interviewers, coordinating all Super Day logistics, and facilitating debrief meetings to determine offers.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the end-to-end hiring process including sharing timeline, confirming interview logistics, and communicating offer details.
- Manage spring placement process for interns and full-time hires to determine group placement under hiring managers prior to start date. Plan and execute in collaboration with HR Managers, LOB managers, external vendor partners, and campus onboarding team.
- Plan and execute 10-week Summer Internship Program in collaboration with broader campus team and business leaders.
- Plan and attend intern training, events, and activities where appropriate.
- Manage the summer intern performance review process and end-of-summer offer process.
- Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system
- Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent
- Coordinates the interview process with hiring managers and business leaders and provides feedback from screening interviews to prepare hiring managers
- Facilitates creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences
- Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting or program/ project management; managing end-to-end processes in a complex organization
- Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence internal clients and stakeholders and provide consultative services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner
- Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences
- Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story, and effectively presenting the results. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP and Outlook)
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
- Self-motivation, superior sense of urgency, and ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
- Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment; strong decision-making skills; ethical
- Unquestionable business and personal integrity, and values congruent with those of the organization
- Campus roles may have a travel requirement during peak hiring months (September/October and February/March)
