Job Description:

The Transaction Management Ops Consultant will be responsible for performing cross-border settlement duties for Asian markets and involved in the settlement of cash equity products.

Responsibilities:

- Performing cross-border settlements in Emerging Asia markets, New Zealand and Australia across different business streams (SBL, Proprietary, Agency)
• Manage exception queues and ensure all valid trades are released to Custodians for settlement
• Inventory Management
• Perform trades Pre-matching prior to Value Date
• Follow up on Fails and investigate and resolve outstanding settlement items
• Liaise with internal / external clients and local Custodians
• Perform reconciliation of stock and cash accounts
• investigate and resolve breaking items
• New Custody Account setups
• Produce ad hoc Management reporting
• Participate in UATs and initiatives
