RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the origination and execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large - ap corporate clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors.
- Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A, debt and equity financing and strategic advisory.
- Provide strategic and financial advice to the clients on a range of issues including merger and acquisitions and capital raising alternatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models and conduct valuation and merger analysis.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation analysis, comprehensive company and industry research using a wide range of methodologies.
- Perform comprehensive and indepth company and industry research within the technology space.
- Work closely with senior bankers on the team and clients, actively participating on specific client and deal teams.
- Execute investment banking transactions and processes in a global firm environment, including M&A and capital markets products, to provide strategic advisory for corporate clients and help assess the strategic fit and transaction structure that would optimize financial outcome for corporate clients.
- Perform comprehensive valuation including Levered Buyout Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, IPO Pro Forma Analysis, Accretion and Dilution Analysis, Public Comparables, Precedent Transactions, and Sum-of-the-Parts analysis to form view on valuation.
- Build 3-statement integrated operating models including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement to analyze historical financial performance and business drivers.
- Create financial models including M&A, leveraged buyout, private placement, and other ad-hoc models to support deals.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for investment banking transactions to identify and mitigate key risks associated with the transaction, including business, financial, operational, legal, and regulatory risks.
- Conduct research and screen for precedent for transactions with similar characteristics and analyze financials to assess the corporate clients' financial health, historical and projected operating performance, and financial stability ensuring the transaction aligns with the client's selection criteria.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field: and
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
- Must have 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation. Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Pay range
$275,000.00 - $285,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
