Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and statistical analysis.
- Perform financial structuring and transaction execution activities.
- Assist in performing business development and/or financial product advisory.
- Develop presentation and other materials for clients.
- Actively participating on client and deal teams.
- Participate in due diligence sessions and client meetings.
- Execute and advise on various M&A, initial public offerings, follow-ons, mandatory convertibles and exchangeable debt offerings, spin offs/split offs, debt-for-equity exchanges, recapitalizations, and private placements.
- Perform comprehensive valuation analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions.
- Prepare client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents such as roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions.
- Use company filings and Bloomberg to analyze financials, and perform financial structuring and transaction execution activities.
- Develop and prepare presentations/client materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents, including investor materials and confidential information memorandums to execute transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze trends, including discounted cash flow, leverage buyout, and cost of capital analysis.
- Conduct research using Factset, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related: and
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
- Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Using company filings and Bloomberg to analyze financials, and perform financial structuring and transaction execution activities;
- Developing and preparing presentations/client materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents, including investor materials, and confidential information memorandums to execute transactions;
- Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze trends, including discounted cash flow, leverage buyout, and cost of capital analysis; and,
- Conducting research using Factset, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
- 10% domestic travel required, as necessary.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$275,000.00 - $285,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
