In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Wholesale Lockbox involves Supplemental /Check Keying which is data entry of information from images of checks and associated documents. Process receives images of invoices, corresponding checks & other account receivables documents from wholesale client remitters. This data is extracted and scanned in 7 wholesale lockbox sites and the data made available to GBS team is restricted to those accounts that have been coded "remote-eligible". GBS team access dedicated Vicor workstations to key this information according to Standard Operating Procedure OR client special instructions.

Job Description


Assistant Manager role will provide tremendous exposure to various aspects of operations delivery. Daily task involve the following with team /leads and work closely with them on daily operational routines.

Strong People Management

  • Interact with Business Partners & stake holders and provide support to the team
  • Respond to Escalation emails
  • SLA and Metric Management and ensure strong process controls
  • Partner with the teams and facilitate prioritization of work as per business need
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise and Guidance to the team
  • Identify issues and control gaps in existing processes
  • Work with technology team to streamline our processes
  • Understand global regulatory/compliance policies and identify controls
  • Ability to analyze data and come up with manage capacity
  • Track projects and tasks to completion

  • Handholding the team where required and organize for necessary KTs.

Requirements


Education

Graduate in any stream

Experience Range


4-6 years in Banking Industry / Prior People Handling experience is preferred
