What You'll Do
* You will focus on developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications.
* You will work on a variety of new projects, as well as maintaining existing apps and you're happy to share your knowledge with your fellow developers.
* The ability to operate within an agile project environment, and a willingness to adapt to different ways of working are essential to being successful within a development role at Avanade.
* Coach your team on their technical and soft skills and provide them with feedback to help them get a little better every day.
* Work with our customers to understand and balance their needs throughout the software development life cycle, from coding to testing, deployment and maintenance.
* Solve complex business problems for enterprise-scale systems by using best practices and principles such as Clean Architecture, TDD/BDD and SOLID.
* Lead from the front. You guide by example.
Skills & Experiences
* You have a least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer with a focus on mobile development using Xamarin. Bonus points if that includes .NET Maui.
* You have experience with Azure DevOps and practices such as CI/CD and Infra as Code.
* You have experience with Microsoft Azure.
* You have experience with giving feedback, motivating, and coaching developers on their technical and soft skills.
* Beside these technical skills, you are also fluent in English.
