The Opportunity:   

Coleman is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in .NET and Angular frameworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at building scalable web applications and services, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. You will play a key role in the full development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Provide support and bug fixes for existing applications to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against aggressive schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on .NET and Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core and familiarity with the .NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
  • Proficiency in building web-based applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with database design and development (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.

 A Full Stack Developers salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. Full Stack Developers carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
